What we only did in 4.0.x is JBIDE-12924 - Seam 2.3 is no longer technical preview. But that could have as well been done in 3.3.x. Then there is JBIDE-12748 - Add Seam 2.3.0.Final to the downloadable runtimes. Which only has Fix version 4.0.x, but it was effectively fixed for 3.3.x as well since it uses the same mechanism/URL to offer runtimes for download.
