Rob Stryker updated JBIDE-21291:

This composite allows consumers to provide a password if they want. Not all consumers will
want to display this composite at all times, though, as sometimes it's better to
prompt the user when the actual action is occurring. For the download runtimes usecase,
though, it's better to provide the password text.
Pre-existing behavior was very non-intuitive and even jarring for the users, because a
prompt came up when the user selected the runtime to download, before the page composite
had completely loaded.

If the credential framework can tell that a selected username has no stored password, it
might be beneficial to have a composite that will have a password text field in the case
that a given workflow does not wish to have a pop-up appear, but rather wishes to provide
a text field instead.
