I see skipITests being used in as/itests/ and wtp/itests/ but only as/itests is resolving the skipTestOrITest flag. There was an email thread I started on jbt-dev with subject "Creation of pom.xml property for skipTestOrITest for parent pom.xml". I mentioned it there hoping [~nickboldt] or [~mickael_istria] would take the lead to adding it to root pom. The wtp folder does not use the variable because it does not download any runtimes. c) was there a JIRA to push this into the parent pom, too? No JIRA was created. The email thread mentioned above was created to start discussion.
