Rob Stryker resolved JBIDE-11194.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Few things here.
1) Added the checkbox
2) Ensured that simply pressing 'verify' does not add the user
3) Ensured that a NotFoundOpenshiftException was properly handled by the error messages A
NotFoundOpenshiftException actually means hte credentials worked, but there was no domain.
There may have been some other small bits in there, but for the most part that's it.
I also cleaned up a bit of code by moving methods around to UserModel so as to avoid
duplication.
new openshift server wizard is missing the "save password"
checkbox
