Resolution: Rejected
This is impossible. A seam project is either an Ear Project or a War project. If it's
an ear, it already includes jst.ear facet. If it is a war it already includes jst.web
facet.
Both ways, it is a conflict. A project cannot have two "module" facets at the
same time.

jst.jpa.facet requires jst.java facet and one of the following facets:jst.utility,
jst.appclient, jst.ejb, jst.connector, jst.web
As to Seam WAR project, if the user adds jpa facet to the UI (the Project Facets
preference page), the facet will be added correctly to the WAR project.
Regarding Seam EAR project, jpa facet needs to be added to the ejb project which can't
be done using the UI. I think that in this case the user mustn't add jpa facet to the
UI. It needs to be added programmatically in the Seam(2)ProjectCreator class.
