More images on that site come from other places, such as design.jboss.org: http://design.jboss.org/jbosstools/logo/jbosstools_horiz_200.png So... not sure where you're seeing the http://static.jboss.org/jbosstools/images/tools-banner-1180px.png banner on community.jboss.org, [~maxandersen].
