So it will works this way:
1. variable and condition will be added to install.xml to control including or not
including JBoss EAP into installer and what kind of server configuration panel should be
used: current with EAP as option or just a list of servers to configure in JBDS;
2. Download site should have special part that needs name
3 That special part should contains the same number of installers as part with installers
we have now
4. Names for .jars without eap should have different name. It could be
jbossdevstudio-noeap-....jar or you name it :)
so I need only name pattern for installers without EAP and name new section in Build
Results page.

I don't think that is such a big issue since this is done at a major release. the
biggest issue is that where we before had one per platform (4 jars) we will now have 2 per
platform resulting in 8 similar named jars. We just need to make sure that the download
pages presents it properly.

It seems there is no way to build JBDS installers with and without EAP using one
install.xml file. There are no means to control what packs are included in installer.
IzPack compiler just includes all packs declared in install.xml into installer jar. I
tried to use xi:include, but it seems this directive just ignored. The only option left to
have installer configuration xml for each installer: install-jbds.xm and
install-jbds-esb.xml. The only difference between them esb pack.

planning on doing a ESB/SOA-P package - that might happen later though)

- If "No" option selected in EAP installer step Server List should be still
available to configure additional servers

we will lost good behavior. If JBDS Installation will moved to new location EAP

The installer should generate two installers; one that is bundled with EAP another
without EAP.
This is to reduce the file size and for those who don't need the EAP for JBDS usage
(i.e. SOA-P users)
The installer ui should be updated to only show the ui related to the bundled server if
it includes it. Otherwise it should be removed.
The page about additional runtimes is still relevant though.
