Steps to Reproduce:
# EXEC: launch openShift import wizard from File menu (FIle->Import->OpenShift)
# ASSERT: Existing application is checked, the file for its name is empty
# EXEC: hit "Browse..."
# ASSERT: dialog pops up that lists all the application that are available
# EXEC: go to web-ui or rhc command line tooling and create a new application
# EXEC: get back to Eclipse and hit "Refresh..." in the dialog that lists the
applications
# ASSERT: the new application is now listed.
# EXEC: select it and hit "OK"
# ASSERT: in the configuration page, the name for the app to import is filled
# EXEC: hit "Next"
