Again, were you testing on Windows?
I had a lot of success using Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X, and Ctrl+Del (partial code-complete
feature, also Ctrl+space)
Again, this is all predicated on insuring that focus/cursor is in the T-Editor text
panel.
Do not know what Shitf+Ins does?

Also tested on a Windows 7 laptop from a cube-mate and did not have problems using
keyboard Edit shortcuts, kncluding Select ALL (CNTL + A)
