Thanks for your reply. I will give you more case. I take persistence.xml from this
project:

Although it configured to use h2 database, I could easily replace it in configuration by
add connection to mysql database. Please see the image.

As you can see, I choose hibernate version to 4. Database connection point to
"dynamicfinder_api_dev". It's my sql connection.
And when I'm trying the HQL editor, this is what happens:

However, I hope that I miss something, and if you have simple project that success with

When use HQL Editor, "IllegalArgumentException: no positional parameters in
query" is thrown when use positional parameter. Example is desribed in "Steps to
