this functionality is in trunc for 3.1.0M1, but the issue depends on JBIDE-4366 and could
be resolved after it. May be some new subtasks will appear.

JBIDE-4366 - is rather independent task with JUnit tests...
so I resolve the issue.
In general - to check this workable -> "Open Mapping File" should open
mapping file for any configuration type: Core, Annotation or JPA.
