In order to be able to identify clients that are being used in our tooling we should refer to identifiable dependencies, which SNAPSHOTS are not. We should therefore switch JBT to use 5.5.0.Final. In JBIDE-23862 we also started [skipping the enforcer|https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/pull/1407/fil...] for openshift so that using the snapshot client would not break our builds. We have to remove this before we go final.
