TPTP is being archived after their 4.7.2 release in Helios SR2 [1]. Therefore, we need to
either continue to build our TPTP stuff on top of the Helios version of TPTP and patch it
if necessary so it'll work in Eclipse 3.7 (JBT 3.3), or remove it entirely & drop
support.
