In org.eclipse.emf.edit.command.RemoveCommand , Line 329
for (i = indices.length - 1; i >= 0; i--)
{
ownerList.remove(indices[i]);
}
Once there are noting to remove , the indices[i] is -1 , so it will throw a exception and
the CommandStack will catch this exception to record it in EMF log.
I don't think this bug will effect the smooks tools , so I overwirte the EMF
CommandStack method , don't allow it to log it.

Not yet.
I think this bug isn't resolved really , however , it can work well now , I need to
find out why the RemoveCommand try to delete a empty array , so I am not sure if it's
a bug of EMF.

Actually , I just modify few lines , but I use the Ctrl+Shift+F to re-format the java file
, so many lines were changed , it made the patch file so big.
