"Excessive traffic" here means that if everyone does even that little, they end up having requests measured in hundreds of millions a day. The "error" in itself is just a warning, though (a minor annoyance, not a show-stopper), and it doesn't have any stack trace that comes with it. As far as I can see, the error log doesn't have anything for this error, either.
