if you currently disconnect a cloud, it gets removed from the cloud view. That is not very

we still need a way to remove cloud connections. Disconnecting cloud has added value in
the fact that you keep username, pw & url of that cloud. I change the title
accordingly.

I now renamed the command that's currently available, that deletes clouds from
"Disconnect cloud" to "Delete cloud". Now things are clearer. We can

I talked with max about this feature.
There's not much added value here since instances and images are only loaded when
requested by expanding tree items. In the instance-/image-view items are loaded
automatically if the view is visible and the cloud is selected in the combo/tree.
We therefore decided to drop this feature request.
