We finally have a build of Drools 6 which includes the runtime detection plugin, and which
can be published to Nexus.
Here's the latest update site zip (22M):

I've been able to successfully install from this zip into both Eclipse Juno SR1 and
Kepler M5. See attached screenshots.

To avoid cyclic dependency, need to move this plugin [1] into the Drools project [2] and
have it depend on Runtime Detection project [3] as an upstream dependency.
