The problem is that resizer breakes down after window resizing, i.e. maximizing or
restoring.
Meanwhile blue selection rectagle drows correctly but selection squares (that are supposed
to be in the corners and in the middle of edges of this selection rectangle) get wrong
position.

The solution is to update resizer together with selection rectangle on window resizing
event. Otherwise after window maximizing/restoring resizer shows old position.
Selection rectangle and resizer's squares are serving the same functionality so it
seems to me reasonable to update them at the same time.

listener.
Need to test it on Mac OS, because of selection rectangle repaint problem during resize
