So disabling this dialog was an acceptable solution in terms of time/efficiency. If we decide to leave this dialog for external files we should: 1) Disable options for project and folder scope. 2) Update storing/restoring mechanism to store/restore somewhere information for external files (workbench scope seems to be the most suitable). To my mind updating current storing mechanism won't be fast.
