The name of the preference page is currently "Usage Reporting Preferences",
preference pages does not have to say they are Preferences.
Just call it "Usage Reporting"
Furthermore there is two lines that looks wrong:
Product owner: jboss.org
Current usage-hit: Nov 25, 2010 9:29 AM
What does "product owner" mean ? JBoss Tools is not a product in any form so
wondering what this is for ?

I rename it to "Last usage being reported on". There's a 2nd value that is
show which entitles the first usage that was reported. I rename it to "First usage
reported on" so that things are still consistent.
