Nick Boldt closed JBDS-2277.

Resolution: Rejected
Can't install from JBDS Central before we have a JBDS Central site.
Alpha1 wasn't pushed to devestudio.jboss.com per the project plan, so there was
nothing there to access.
Tried this with Beta1 installer +
https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/6.0-staging/central/core/ and it worked fine, so
I'm rejecting this issue.
