Haven't been able to reproduce locally on my Linux (Ubuntu). Did find a QE guy, Paul
Nittel, who was able to reproduce on his Windows XP box, so this appears to be an
OS/Eclipse SWT issue.
He was able to show all contents of the list box successfully if he scrolled the list.
Going to add the workaround and push to later release.

This is a known Elipse bug, Bug 309455, in the DeferredContentProvider that has not been
fixed. I tested in Eclipse 3.6M2 and it still was not fixed. Our ModelObjectListDialog
uses the DeferredContentProvider based on a parameter passed in at construction time.
I've changed the flag so not to use this content provider and the blank items go away
but the dialog take a bit longer to display since the items are no all fetched at the
beginning.
