to me messing up my previous installation while trying to update with
the latest plugins and when I open it and go to "Help/Software Updates"
it doesn't allow me and instead comes back with the message in the

Max, it worked fine for me in the 1.1.0.GA build as well.
It's the newest nightly build when this stopped working
(200806161541).
In this nightly build, I cannot even get to see the update
sites due to the message shown.
