As I think I find the reason of the problem why java autocompletion does not work. I try to reproduce it in different combinations - so I restart JBDS several times. So once I get popup dialog which redirect me to Preferences -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Advanced. I do not how to reproduce this dialog once more... so I find "Other Java Proposals" was in switch off state. So for JDBS "Other Java Proposals" was in switch off state after installation. For eclipse ganimed this flag in switch on state. I think this is JBDS bug cause: 1) by default I think it should be in switch on state; 2) strange dialog with suggestion (to check Preferences -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Advanced) appers in random time in random place.
