The installer currently bundles *everything* meaning also earlyaccess content and thus it will when installed be detected as earlyaccess and you get this warning. This is no different if you enabled earlyaccess, installed something and then disabled earlyaccess. You would still have earlyaccess content installed and we would let you know.
