I've added a new "edit" button to the new reference wizard. It also
consisted of a new interface to label wizard fragments that *could* edit IVirtualComponent
references. This interface is IReferenceEditor. Specifically this was added so that
exported class folders, which still need to modify the backing model in the .classpath
file, can change which classpath entries have the wtp flag on it.
