This is still broken. Now even if the folder exists it will tell me that it doesn't.
But at least it lets me press Finish.
Steps to reproduce the current error:
1. Click the HTML5 project from central
2. In the dialog, click Download and install
3. Select AS 7.1.1 and press next
4. Accept license agreement and press next
5. Now the install folder will be set to something - in my case the default was
/Users/rasp - no error. Once I change it to anything, even existing, the warming
"Install folder does not exist or is not writable" is displayed and I cannot get
rid of it.
What does work correctly is that the triangle next to the field is only displayed when
relevant. But the warning on the top is displayed always.

Download runtime wizard shouldn't complain if install folder
doesn't exist

Key: JBIDE-15788
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-15788
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: runtime-detection, server
Affects Versions: 4.1.1.Alpha2
Reporter: Fred Bricon
Assignee: Rob Stryker
Labels: respin-a
Fix For: 4.1.1.CR1
Attachments: cr1-nonexistent-folder.png, install_folder_must_exist.png
If the install folder is missing, the download runtime wizard should cope with it,
instead of displaying an error (i.e. create the missing folders when necessary)
- assert no EAP/AS7 are installed
- create a new html5 project from central
- click download and install for the server requirement
- enter a non-existing location for the install folder
