The time it takes for a person to become available and to update the product.yml then raise the PR 2. The time it takes for a successful staging build to occur 3. The time it takes for a person to become available review the PR and merge it 4. The time it takes for a successful production build to occur 2 & 4 should be ~10mins, assuming the JBoss Developer build is reliable. This is not always the case as we are currently beholden to the reliability of third-party services. This is something we hope to improve/fix in the next month or two. 1 can be improved by making this change yourself and raising a PR. You do this already, which is really great :-) 3 Is very quick providing me or Pete Muir are available.
