So this dialog will be shown every time when user trl+Space in editors which could provide our CA until the user installs KB or checks "Don't show this dialog". If our CA is invoked first time and user clicked "NO" on the dialog, then we will use a static model to provide CA. If user cliked "NO" and cheked "Don't bother me anymore" we will add a warning to problems view (with QuickFix). BTW it's much easier for us to behave in the same way when our KB model is invoked (by CA and Validation). I mean we would show this dialog not only for CA but when validation is invoked as well. But I'm not sure it is good way for validation. Let's speak about particular case. This whatsnew project even is not a WTP project. What we could do here: 1) guess where is web root folder or 2) provide only URLs that are relative to the page. We never provide such CA for this case. So it is a feature request. Why we have not implement it yet? 1) XModel provides already implemented way to find desiread resources for CA (And it works in every our web project - Seam/JSF/Struts). KB works fine here even if its builder is not installed. So it cavers most cases. But I agree that we could improve it and make it work for plane Dynamic Web Projects (without XModel). But again it is a feature request and this issue is about it. 2) Relative URLs may work incorrectly in dynamic web projects because of request forwarding. So it's useful only for plane HTML projects which is not in our priority.
