[~adietish]Thanks for you update, now I can use the nightly build to connect the v3. But
about the connection wizard,there still still a bug. We can reproduce it by this step:
1. Open connection wizard dialog.
2. Set the server type to "<Automatic>"
3. Set the server type to "OpenShift 3"
result:
In the step 3, the username and password disappear again.
If I change the server type from "<Automatic>"to "Openshift 2",
or change from "Openshift 2" to "Openshift 3", The username and
password doesn't disappear.
Connection wizard: Can't connect to openshift v3 , no place to

1. Open connection wizard
2. Select the server type to OpenShift 3
3. Input the server url
4. Click the finish button to connect the v3 server
Result:
2. In the authentication, there is no place to input the username and password.
4. Can't connect the openshift v3 server. The error info tip username may not be
null, but there no place to input username and password.
