[~fbricon] just today I got caught thinking I was not running early access...turned out I
had enabled it in this workspace but forgotten.
Pretty sure users will forget too.
This is about us providing *support* and if we are adding *unsupported* stuff we need to
be sure the users are aware of it.
currently there is no way to see it unless you go to software update tab on central. that
is not very clear.
Show on main Central page the "Early Access" status

The main Central page (not Software one) should show the "Early Access" status.
It can be one of
* No Early Access component installed, no Early Access enabled (shows nothing)
* No Early Access component installed, Early Access enabled (shows Early Access enabled)
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access Enabled
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access not Enabled
