Unfortunately it doesn't run fine for me. I launched JBDS from the jbdevstudio.exe

I might have fixed that by adding 64 bit dll that provides ability to create shortcuts on
window, it should be tested on any build after devstudio-4.1_stable_branch.product/#513.
