I implemented as simple background job that restarts the given application and does not
state checking. Thus a user can trigger the restart twice or even more times in a row.
OpenShift then errors and JBT handles it gracefully though. It displays an error dialog
that tells the user that OpenShift is busy and that he should try again in a minute:
