At the moment, the only thing that doesn't work on platforms for which there's an Eclipse but no Xulrunner are the VPE-related things. Everything else, being platform independent and tied only to the Eclipse flavour on that platform (not XulRunner) should work. In other words, we could produce a Win64 installer the same way we now have a Cocoa64 installer for Mac -- it would include everything except XulRunner and VPE. However, if in the next release, we manage to replace XulRunner 1.9.1.2 with something better (XulRunner 1.9.2 or ideally, something else entirely), which is supported on 64-bit platforms other than linux, we could then ostensibly support VPE on those platforms.
