I don't know this code at all, but I found that PixelConverter is available in
org.eclipse.jface.layout.PixelConverter in I20090415. I think it might be safe to
re-instate the old code which used PixelConverter.convertHeightInCharsToPixels by
importing org.eclipse.jface.layout.PixelConverter instead. Unless of course you are
aiming for compatibility with both Eclipse 3.4 and 3.5, in which case just ignore me!
