Nick Boldt commented on JBDS-1528:
----------------------------------
Cannot reproduce on linux 32, FWIW. Seems a windows issue.
After install of Beta2, update to CR1, and uninstall, my ~/jbdevstudio-Beta2 folder was
deleted and the .desktop shortcut in ~/.local/share/applications was purged too.
(I use Fedora 12, 2.6.32.23-170.fc12.i686 #1 SMP Mon Sep 27 17:58:16 UTC 2010 i686 i686
i386 GNU/Linux)
JBDS Uninstaller doesn't delete some files
------------------------------------------
Key: JBDS-1528
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1528
Project: Developer Studio (JBoss Developer Studio)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Build
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.CR1
Environment: jbdevstudio-product-eap-win32-4.0.0.v201101230948R-H100-CR1
Reporter: Dmitry Geraskov
Fix For: 4.0.0.CR2
Attachments: not removed files.txt
I installed the studio, ran it, close and ran uninstaller with "force delete"
option.
The attached list of files was not removed.
After the removing of the DBDS uninstaller message says:
"This will remove the application!" and "Finish" in progress bar.
It would be better to change the message.
