If the goal was to reduce the number of marketplace entries so that our install/download numbers would not be split across two Marketplace entries, then we need to have only 1 entry, not 2. However, as Max points out in the JIRA below, this means that incubating stuff in JBT (which has not yet been put in JBDS) such as LiveReload or Arquillian can only be installed from a zip or update site [1], not discovered via the Marketplace.
