Since then, gitflow plugin for egit has its own component in bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?component=Gitflow&list_id=1... and it seems like the it's used and developed actively. I'd like to open discussion whether we want to include this plugin or not. I personally think we (and our users) can benefit from such feature.
