After I have installed JavaHL libraries (yum search svnkit-javahl) everything works fine.
Is there a way during update process to not need JavaHL manual installation?

Not sure there is a fix - you need to install the REQUIRED client (JavaHL) but it
won't work w/o the platform-specific libraries. Then you can install the SVNKit client
(pure java) which works anywhere, but it seems the default JavaHL is selected so you have
to manually tell Eclipse to use the good one, not the incomplete one. *shrug*
Guess we could open a JIRA against subclipse...?

I don't think Subclipse guys will fix it. It's working this way really long time
and problem is in underlying OS not in Subclipse itself. Workaround is easy just has to be
written somewhere. So I would put it either to JBDS 4.1 and JBDS 5.0 Release Notes.
