Len DiMaggio commented on JBIDE-12535:
--------------------------------------
<fbricon> ldimaggi_mtg2: if we fix the example descriptor alpha1a is using,
we'll break JBT 3.3 users
<fbricon> ldimaggi_mtg2: other workaround is to open the faulty plugin jar, edit
plugin.xml to point at
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-shared-4.0...
<fbricon> other workaround is to open
<workspace>/.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.project.examples\jbosstools\examples\project-examples-shared-3.3.GA.xml
and replace its content by
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-shared-4.0...

When you try to install a project from Central it shows a missing requirement:
m2eclipse-wtp >= 0.13.1
Not sure why this happens since the plugin is in Eclipse in version 0.16.0:
org.eclipse.m2e.wtp_0.16.0.20120830-0951.jar
If you click Install, you will get a NPE:
Problems occurred while performing installation: null
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
This is in the workspace log:
