Steps:
# EXEC: open preferences, go to "OpenShift v3", "Browse", choose some
file (valid or invalid)
# ASSERT: path is shown in "oc location"
# EXEC: hit "Browse"
Result:
The filedialog is opened in your home directory
Expected result:
The filedialog should get opened for the directory/file that is set in the "oc
location"
