Currently supported are migrating from JBoss Cache, EHCache and Coherence onto Infinispan. http://community.jboss.org/wiki/ConfigurationMigrationTools Ideally the IDE should detect configs of these competing data grids (they have XSDs or DTDs which can be used to detect, falling back to root element names) and provide a context menu to "migrate to Infinispan".
