I forts, then tried it worked for me because I did install to c:\devsute first, then
d:\devsuite. When vagrant tries to resolve d:\devsuite it removes d: and converts \ to /.
Then resulting /devsuite resolves to /cygdrive/c/devsuite and everything worked for me,
because I already have c:\devsuite from previous installation.
I think solution would be to set env var VGRANT_DETECTED_OS=windows for vagrant box add
command.

I was trying the "devstudio 1.0 GA build"
("development-suite-1.0.0-GA-bundle-installer.exe") and unable to get CDK
installation after gone through the steps of authentication, vagrant, cygwin, jboss dev
studio installations.
Observations:
CDK installation stuck in 99% with "failed" mark.
