Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Set component, affects, fixversion, and assignee. [~maxandersen] could Jiralint forgive
issues that are closed w/o a component or assignee? Maybe just for cases where the reason
is "not a bug" or "cannot reproduce?"
