The options we have under right click for a server in our view (e.g. Edit launch

The only reason I made the edit launch configuraiton action was because people constantly
asked how to do it, and it was unclear.
The method used to be, double click on a server for it's editor to open. Then click a
hyperlink from the editor to edit the launch configuration.
This was deemed too many steps and so I just made the action and shoved it in.
I don't know what you mean by 1-1 relation.

By 1-1 relation i mean that one server in the top view corresponds to one tree in the
lower view.
So I have two issues with that:
1) The top view is just wasting precious white pixels on nothing ;)
2) The two top nodes represents the "same thing" but does not have the same
actions available in the right click menu.
That is not intuitive. If we can't get the same menu could we at least have the lower
view's server menu as a submenu in the top view ?

In Head, I've rewritten the top half, customized it's menus, and gotten rid of the
Server element from the bottom half.
Combining them both into one viewer will not be done, purely because I'm stubborn.
(And I like my API)
