Three ideas:
a) we need to enable the -Pinstall-base profile so that the work folder is set to the
devstudio install folder
b) we need to actually pass test.installBase into surefire via this patch (which I
haven't tested yet):

Please note that testing is not my core expertise so if I can't solve this you might
need to call in someone else, like Mickael Istria.
Seems the basic problem, however, is that surefire is not being invoked against the
correct devstudio install folder. So, if we can figure out how to make that happen, your
tests should be better.

Integration tests run from maven against Devstudio, which was built using the latest
target platform (4.61.0.AM1-SNAPSHOT), cannot properly launch all the plugins and fail
afterwards.
A full devstudio should open when the tests are run. Instead it looks like this:
