Actual file contents stays unchanged,. But when the editor is repatedly opened for the
same file it uses a wrong (old) copy of the document.
Changes to File in VPE Editor are saved even when user decide to not
save them.

After making some changes to file in VPE Editor and saying to not save them when closing
VPE Editor changes are saved anyway.
Step to reproduce:
1. Follow steps

2. Restart JBT to not have Warning described in
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5478
3. Open JSF Project > WebContent > index.jsp and insert some text in page source
4. Close editor containing index.jsp and answer to no question about saving this page
5. Reopen index.jsp page and changes are saved even they should not be.
