Does the issue happen only after the JBT installation or randomly when starting Luna M6+JBT? Display.sync you have shown is called with Eclipse, not with JBT. JBT just opens an icon that is placed within the central bundle. It can't be the cause of a big delay unless Eclipse, for some reason, can't solve the central plugin.
