Summary: DnD any facelet tag from Pallete to xhtml editor doesn't insert
xmlns:ui="http://java.sun.com/jsf/facelets" (was: In JBoss Tools Pallete there
is no taglib declaration for JSF Facelets.)
There shouldn't be any TLD element for facelet tags in Palette because facelets
doesn't use it at all.
But DnD should add proper xml:ns

1. In JBoss Tools Pallete there is no taglib declaration for JSF Facelets. (SEE

2. If user adds facelets component into xhtml file where facelets taglib not included
JBDS should add taglib declaration but it doesn't.
Steps to reproduce:
1. EXECUTE: Create KickStart JSF project with Facelets
2. EXECUTE: Open greeting.xhtml file, delete facelets taglib declaration in it and save
changes
3. EXECUTE: DnD any facelets component from JBoss Tools Pallete (ui:composition e.g.)
=> component is inserted but taglib declaration isn't
