Jiri, please simplify me to understand what did you expect and in which case...
please provide reference to doc, please provide java example, please provide you
expectation of generation.
this could be a error as in generation and the error in documentation...
so more information is necessary.

the documentation is incomplete in this clause.
To get @Column annotation generated is necessary specify "Default string length"
to non default value 200 for example,
also in your particular case you have no "Getters" for the string fields, but
default "Preferred location of Annotations" is "Getters" -
so you should select "Fields" - so "@Column" annotations will be
generated.
